The SpaceInvader transport system is created to increase the load capacity in the cargo area of trucks by using pallet racks in varying heights. The flexible and modular system offers pallet racks in two standard heights – 80 cm and 120 cm. The system handles more freight heights to stack pallet cargo higher and to fully optimize previously unused space in cargo areas. It has never been easier to fill a truck – and save space, money and CO2 – at the same time.

SpaceInvader first launched its 120 cm pallet rack which has since been accompanied by a lower 80 cm rack which is an attractive packing height for heavy pallet cargo. And a solution allowing you to stack varying cargo heights on top.

Our two standard models
The modular system makes it possible to double stack several cargo variants and thus to handle several cargo height intervals by combining our two standard rack variants (80 cm and 120 cm pallet racks).

The 80 cm model is particularly suitable for low and heavy cargo (+ 650 kg) because center of its gravity is low. It is also a strong supplement to our 120 cm model.

You can stack an additional 160 cm of cargo on top of the 80 cm rack – thus achieving a total cargo height of 240 cm. It provides full utilization of your cargo space.

Extend the stand 120 cm even further
SpaceInvader also offers an extension module for the 120 cm model, which can be extended to five varying heights with a maximum height of 153.5 cm.

Smart, cheap and greener
With the flexible system you can optimize and pack your cargo almost like Lego blocks – thus eliminating most of the empty air in your trucks. An optimally packed cargo space is a sustainable cargo space. SpaceInvader allows you to reduce the amount of trucks on the road thanks to increased cargo filling ratios. And you will gain from greener and cheaper transport.

The SpaceInvader system allows you to double stack more cargo variants and handle three cargo height intervals with our two standard pallet rack variants of 80 cm and 120 cm respectively – as well as our extension module – designed for special heights. This allows you to extend the racks to handle heights up to 155 cm
